Restaurant in the Center of Prague
Welcome to Our Restaurant
To visit the Czech Republic and to miss a jewel of hundred-spired Prague, the Old Town Square- it is hard even to imagine! We would like to invite you not only to this ancient place but also to our restaurant 'The Stone Table’ in the very center of Prague where you can enjoy delicacies prepared by our chef and beauties of the Old Town Square at the same time
‘The Stone Table’ restaurant is situated in a medieval house 'At the Stone Table' in the center of Prague. According to discovered Greek masonry, its history dates back to the 12th century although written records mention year 1364. In the 14th century, the house was fundamentally rebuilt in gothic style. After 1724, the house ‘At the Stone Table’ underwent another significant change and was raised two floors higher. Its then obtained baroque appearance has survived up to these days. From 1907, Berta Fanta-Wertheim was keeping her salon open to members of a German-speaking literary club such as Franz Kafka and Max Brod here. The house has also been known as a place where Albert Einstein first presented his relativity theory.

Our kitchen provides wide supply of Czech and international specialties, several kinds of beer and numerous Moravian wines and nonalcoholic beverages.
We hope that our restaurant ‘The Stone Table’ in the center of Prague will leave the best impression on you to make you come back again. We are looking forward to you at any time
